Jack Ma, founder and Executive Chairman of Alibaba Group, China’s largest e-commerce company, is fond of saying that he wants Alibaba to be around for 102 years, long enough to be in existence in three different centuries. Alibaba turned 15 on Sept. 10 – which means there are only 87 years to go. To mark the day (cooincidentally, Ma himself turned 50 on Sept. 10), Alibaba’s International Corporate Communications staff toured the company’s giant campus in Hangzhou, China, with a video camera to capture some of the thoughts ofemployees new and old.
